If you don't ask questions, I cannot tell that you have questions. I prefer that you ask questions during class, rather than immediately after class. This means that if you have a question during class discussion, you should put up your hand and ask, rather than waiting until after class ends. Torts-Russell Email list: The second best place to ask question is on the torts12-russell email list. If you have a question that you have not had a chance to ask in class, or if a question dawns on you after you leave class, then please post the question to the list. Your colleagues will offer answers and clarification, as will I. Note, too, that from time to time you will find that you are outraged or insulted by something said during class discussion. During class, you may not be able to formulate your argument or objection. If you argument comes together after class, then posting it to the list is a good way to keep the conversation going and, at the same time, address and perhaps redress your concerns. |
