Exam Archive Included here are links to my Torts exams between 1998 and the present. Note that in the 1998-99 academic year, I taught Torts as a year-long course. For this reason, there are mid-year and final exams for 1998-99. In 1999-2000, I taught Torts as a semester-long course. For this reason, there is no mid-year exam only a Fall 1999 final exam. I have also included a writing assignment that I used twice. This assignment covers damages, insurance, and a little bit of negligence. The subject matter of the assignment is Liebeck v. McDonald's. As you consider these materials, please keep in mind that the content of the course varies from year to year. This means that some material will be unfamiliar to you.
